About Us

In the Beginning:

...there was an "Idea" of improving the existance - the life of people and whole Earth''s position and quality. And many good ideas began to emerge; like: wheel on the cart which is now used on most of modern vehicles and machines, "creation" of fire which allowed people to cook their food, keep them warm, keep them also safe from some dangers etc. Since that time many individuals managed, through their ideas and strong will to improve something, to improve the world and living as we know it - to the point where humanity managed to achive what we call current state of civilization. We have at home and also at work central heating an airconditionaires, soft cosy chairs and couches, hot and cold water through the touch of pipe, we can communicate in any form audio-visualy all around the world in an instant, we can fly aroung the world and even fly to another worlds.

So for all what we can today enjoy, we have to thank all predecestors for their Ideas and their strong willl and work to make them real.

The continuation - Developing Ideas and "Way of life":

We are modern group of individuas who believe that humanity is still far from their peak and we are dedicated to help contribute to achieve that goal. We also believe that without changeing something there is no progress. Progress was, is and will be in all societies urgent for everyone, and every society which does not want to fall behind others. Especially during globalization and informatization it became clear that boundaries of local markets have disappeared and that the new era of global competition has begun.

Since transportation and communication boundaries have fallen, companies are facing today the "strongest" competition in the history. Additionally strong companies from strong markets have noticed that in globalization they can not compete always fully successfully to even "weaker" companies on lower developed but cheaper markets. So they move they productions to rationalize, to reduce costs, to change, modernize  and optimize there processes. They all know that change, adaptation on past successful processes is a must in order to compete on markets with stronger competition.

Future and where we are going:

Problem comes with the question in which direction to go, and afterwards with the question how? That is where our individual group comes in, becomes involved with our ideas oriented experts with knowledge and experience in process optimization, financial assessment and cost reduction optimization, accounting, IT, marketing and all to the law consulting to check any potentaial regulatory restriction and to avoid them, and last but not least with generated crucial result, in way of the compas ponting to the direction in which and also how the ship should sail in order to come to its destination like industry top or maintain top position, if already or when reached.
We must never forget that in current economy, for each entity there is one global thruth: stagnation means regression, since at least some other companies are at all times already working on improvement of their business processes, products, services, business connections or other changes - they work constantly on their ideas based progress.

We connect proven ideas oriented ambitious individuals and cooperate also with other experts and proven companies in order to generate synergies to offer you “top-notch” services.

	Mag. Saša Štivan (Founder and Group Manager): "All that civilization is made of is consequence of Ideas." Graduated with the major in finance on the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. Directly after graduation he enrolled into the Master of Science degree study with the major in management and informatics on the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. He worked home and abroad with international companies like Bank Austria group, Raiffeisen group, Juteks group as an expert, head of division, director, CIO and CFO. He speaks fluently english, german, slovenian, croatian, serbian and also some russian. His goal and vision is to improve business processes and also services and products through optimization  and reengineering of processes, finance, use of the modern technology and “out of the box” thinking Ideas.  “I believe that a life without ideas and progress is an unfulfilled existence.
